The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC unlocks a whole new Relic skill tree for V, but you’ll need to find Militech Data Terminals to earn skill points for it. The tree contains 15 new skills, and a simple level-up won’t do the trick, so we’re here to help you find all Relic Skill Point Locations in Dogtown.

Your new Netrunner friend, Songbird, will give you three Relic skill points for free when you meet her at the start of the Phantom Liberty story, and she’ll do the same again during the Birds With Broken Wings main mission. This means there are only nine Militech Data Terminals to find.

Stadium Data Terminal

You’ll need to progress the Phantom Liberty story a bit to be able to freely roam around the new district, but this data terminal can be found before you gain access to the full Dogtown map. It’s at the north end of the Petrochem Stadium, behind a statue of three athletes. You’ll hear a pinging noise and see a flashing white light as you approach the terminal. Crouch under the shelving to reach it.

Kress Street Data Terminal

The next Militech Data Terminal is right next to the Kress Street fast travel point. You’ll find it directly underneath the abandoned apartment that V is using as a hideout. As soon as you exit the building for the first time, you should see the nearby Relic icon appear on the map since it’ll be directly below you.

Parking Garage Data Terminal

This data terminal is directly south of the Dogtown main gate on the map, and if you create a marker in the location pictured below, you’ll find it on the second level of a crowded parking garage. You can see and hear the terminal from above, on the roof, through a grated ceiling.

Barricade Data Terminal

This terminal is underneath a large building with Voodoo Boys graffiti on the front. It’s behind a barricade near the entrance to the building, down one set of stairs. The terminal should appear on your map as you approach the entrance to the seemingly abandoned building.

Luxor High Wellness Spa Data Terminal

The Luxor High Wellness Spa fast travel point is right next to a Voodoo Boys hideout, which is where you’ll find this Militech Data Terminal. You’ll need to take down a bunch of Voodoo Boys gang members to find the terminal on the back wall inside the hideout.

Overpass Data Terminal

This terminal is located right outside the Petrochem Stadium on the east side of Dogtown. It’s sitting next to an overpass across from the Heavy Hearts Club – the pyramid-shaped building where Mr. Hands does business.

Terra Cognita Data Terminal

This data terminal is near the Terra Cognita fast travel point on the far southwest side of Dogtown. It’s inside a Scavengers gang base, so you’ll need to fight your way to its location. The terminal is on the top floor of the base, inside a back room.

Barghest Base Data Terminal

There’s a Barghest base entrance near the Kress Street fast travel point, and it’ll take you underground. This underground base houses a Militech Data Terminal, but it’s behind a door that requires 12 Technical Ability to open.

If you don’t have enough points, go to the spot shown in the screenshot below and drop down, underneath the floor grating. You’ll find a ladder that brings you into the data terminal room from below.

We’ve circled both the terminal and the base’s entrance on the map below – the entrance is right next to the motorcycle icon on the map.

Brainporium Data Terminal

During the Lucretia My Reflection mission, you’ll be given the option to follow the power cables out of the Capitán Caliente restaurant. Follow them up to the roof of the Brainporium to find this Militech Data Terminal near the objective. The terminal is facing the back of The Heavy Hearts Club pyramid and you’ll need to climb up a bit to reach it.
