okay
Fun in small bursts, but Days Gone's repetition, bland world, and meandering story make for an unremarkable ride.

Criminally underrated and under appreciated game of the decade, One of the best games i have ever played without a doubt, don't let any reviewers tell you otherwise.
This game is the best game I’ve ever played in my whole life, yes sometimes you would be mad for dying but it is worth it I love it so much! <3
This game should have received more recognition with its ambitious world design that'll challenge you to tackle its zombie hordes and has a good story with likable side characters.
Don`t read the comments, Just play the game! It is amazing!
This game gives me an immersive zombie apocalypse world, because it's not just zombies but relationships, character developments (Deacon's sympathetic) are important too, and this game done it perfectly.

Best game ever!!!
Listen to the 50 thousand very positive reviews by real gamers on Steam, not the pathetic "critics" on big platforms.

Survival skill tree 1st, only need focus from ranged early on. Melee balance with survival is a good leveling build for first run through. Save ammo to save money and kill hordes as early as possible to get better weapons.

Don't believe the bad rates this game is great
I'll try and keep this short and sweet. This game blew me away!
At first I was really unsure of the game. It started off quite abruptly, and the voice acting was actually really off-putting at first. In fact, at first I didn't care at all for the character and only cared for the game mechanics (which I'll get into) but eventually I started really liking the character and the others as well (especially the best friend, Boozer). I think the way they wrote and directed an imperfect character like Deacon was intentional, as I went from pretty much hating him, thinking he was a psycho. To caring for him and the people you meet (mostly). His character arc is beautifully done I think. Even if the voice acting can sometimes be hit or miss with how he can sometimes shout manically to then being very soft spoken.
The game mechanics are just jaw dropping. The movement is so fluid and immersive. The psychics are realistic. And the hordes! Omg how do they manage to have that man zombi- freaks (as they're called in game) all on one screen!
They actually terrified me when they were chasing me, and nothing has felt more like the zombie apocalypse than this game!
Did I mention the games graphics are stunning? And it runs beautifully on my mid range PC...
I went into this game fully expecting to drop it after I got bored of the crap story and modded it so I can kill a crap load of zombies because I love zombies.. But I didn't do anything of the sort. This game had me hooked for over a week (much to my family's displeasure lol) and I'm genuinely sad I've finished the game, because it eas the greatest gaming experience I've had!
I really wanna give it 10/10, because this is my new favourite game of all time... BUT I cannot ignore the fact some of the voice acting (from Deacon, and survivors you can save) can feel kinda out of place.. almost like the voice actors had no idea what was happening in game. And I had a rather serious bug at the end mission.
But other than that. Phenomenal!
