Prince of Persia: Lost Crown is an amazing side scrolling platformer. This game was revolutionary for this genre or style of game. The story is fantastic, graphics(even on switch) was incredible, and 100% voice acted. What puts Prince of Persia: Lost Crown above other games of this genre is accessibility and gameplay. Anyone can play this game and there are features that can help you get through the hardest of platforming challenges. Ubisoft hit a home run with this game and if this is the direction this genre is going, i can not wait to see what the future will bring.
Metrovania and platforming heaven
Excellent game, but has some bugs
Excellent game if you enjoy platformers, or side strollers. Has the feel of the classic P.o.P games. Loaded with content. The combat is fun and engaging while custom difficulty sliders allow for a challenge at your own level of skill.....or sweat desired.
I love this Metroidvania
It's been so long since I played a good Ubisoft game that I couldn't believe they were the ones behind this one. It's a very different game for them, and I'm genuinely glad they took this risk; it feels refreshing. It's a great game with plenty of action and an entertaining story.
One of the best modern metroidvanias I’ve been able to experience recently. The eye of the wanderer ability, which allows you to capture screenshots onto your map is a fantastic innovation that I hope future games adopt. Long gone are the days of “where was that one puzzle I couldn’t do?” It now can be captured on your map! Main story was fun and intriguing but the overall lore and world building didn’t do it for me. Great game! Would recommend to new and old fans of the genre.
Unbelievable puzzle game and Metroid-vania. They put a lot of thought and care into level design, making it just hard enough to have to repeat parts continuously but never getting frustrated.
Really nailed the combat as well.
10
just a straight up damn good metroidvania. hype as hell.
Fantastic metroidvania that sets itself apart by introducing novel mechanic such as memory shards. Combat, traversal feels fluid and dynamic. Boss battles are thrilling, just as good as Metroid Dread.
How it was, and how it comes 🎊❤️🔥
