PlayStation VR2 PC Adapter Finally Has a Date and Price - IGN Daily Fix
In today's Daily Fix: Sony's PC adapter for their PSVR2 headset finally has a release date and price. The adapter will hit the market this August for around $60 USD, but you will still need provide a DisplayPort 1.4 cable. The adapter will allow PSVR2 owners to use the headset on PC just like you would other headsets like the Meta Quest and Valve Index. The PSVR2 has reportedly seen slow sales since its launch early last year, and Sony is likely hoping that opening the headset up to the PC audience will boost its profile. In other news, Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann doesn't want the studio to be just The Last of Us studio. According to an interview he did with the Los Angeles Times, Naughty Dog has several single-player games in the works, but nothing has been officially announced.
